"The name `SHOWstudio´came from the inherent generosity of the verb `to show´, and the realisation that the `studio´was, for artist, image-makers, musicians, and designers alike, a common link. To not only juxtapose the words but fuse them seemed to sum up one of my fundamental desires in founding this website: to `show´the `studio´, to lay out the creative act from conception to completion. I firmly believe that to display the process of creation is beneficial for the artist, the audience and the art itself. The Internet - free from limitations of time and space - is perfect to showcase what I find the most interesting in the course of my work: everything."*
